Kym
is originally from Cumbria and has just graduated from TrinityLaban
Conservatoire of Music and Dance with a BA in Musical Theatre.
Her
theatre and musical theatre credits include: Charity Hope Valentine in Sweet
Charity (TCM), Mrs Darling in Just Beyond the Stars (TCM), Pamela Le
Bond and Ensemble in How To Keep Your Man (TCM devised piece), Soloist
and Ensemble in Waiting (TCM), Janet in Girlfriends (TCM), Sunday
Night Live at Her Majesty’s Theatre (Star EFX), Susie in Best Friends
and Butterflies (a theatre in education project TCM), Ado Annie in A
Hollywood Party - Music by Rodgers, Lyrics by others (TCM), Jo in A
Taste of Honey (TCM), The Great American Songbook (TCM), Lucy in The
Noble Spaniard (West Walls Theatre, Carlisle), the title role in The
Sleeping Beauty Pantomime (West Walls Theatre, Carlisle), Corday in Marat/Sade,
Calamity Jane (Brampton Playhouse), Me and My Girl (Carlisle
Musical Society), Barnum (StagedRight Youth Theatre), Robinson Crusoe
Pantomime (Brampton Players).
Kym
has recently performed in the Original Workshop Cast production of new musical The
Cemetery Ball at the Prince of Wales Theatre, London.
In
the summer of 2011 Kym co-wrote, stage managed and appeared in the sell out show Hitler! The Musical
at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival.
